Statistical Concepts and Methods for the Modern World

An international conference is organised by the Applied Statistical Association of Sri Lanka Jointly with the School of Mathematics and Statistics, The University of Sydney, Australia and Department of Statistics, Faculty of Science, The University of Colombo, Sri Lanka
Key note speakers are;

• Professor C.R. Rao, Pennsylvania State University, USA
• Dr Nancy L. Geller, 2010 ASA President-elect, USA

The key purpose of the 2011 conference is to unite statisticians from across the world through presenting their latest research findings on theory and applications of statistics.
There will be two pre-conference workshops on 26th and 27th December 2011 at the Department of Statistics of the University of Colombo.
